I have been waiting and waiting to start my blog. I am a bit of a perfectionist so naturally wanted to wait until I felt I was fully prepared. Turns out that is going to be ... never. There is always something in the way, so I thought I better just get on with it!
So here I am!

I thought I better start simple, and go with who I am and what I want to bring to the table with this blog.
I am a Bristol girl who is living in Hertfordshire. I recently took the leap to go part time (I work as a Nutritionist for a dairy company) in order to set up my own business. Currently I am training to be a Personal Trainer, and once fully qualified (in the new year) the ultimate goal is to set up a nutrition and personal training business. At the moment I have no idea how big I want it to be, the only important thing to me right now is that I help some people lead healthier lives, and get them to enjoy doing so. I have always wanted to help people in some way, and considering I am a keen fitness enthusiast, and I love nutrition, I thought that must be my calling !
Through this blog I intend to share:
- Things I find interesting in the world of nutrition: as my family and friends will tell you, I'm a bit of a nutrition geek, so I will share the topics that interest me and I hope you find them interesting too!
- Meal ideas: I must admit, I enjoy a naughty treat as much as the next person, BUT I also believe that healthy food absolutely tastes best (and does best!) - so I will share some of my favorite healthy meals with you
- Fitness tips and ideas: I will share my journey on the way to becoming a PT, and give you some exercise tips, reviews, routines to get you up and active and having fun!
